Telehealth: Moving Digital Practice Forward in Physical Therapy

Telehealth and digital practice can provide early access to care, improved patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. In order to move physical therapy forward in digital practice requires PT and PTA collaboration, advocacy, and leadership.  This course will provide cutting-edge practice strategies and key resources for telehealth physical therapy for your practice.

1. Differentiate telehealth, telemedicine, telerehabilitation and its history

2. Understand telerehabilitation evidence on cost effectiveness and improved access to care

3. Describe telehealth practice in various settings and key resources for practice
